I grew up in Black Creek, on Vancouver Island, and with the exception of traveling, I have been on the island all my life. I love traveling, mountain biking, surfing camping and being outside with my family.

After completing my BA in Education, I went to live overseas in Australia. While there, I had the privilege of surfing daily and living in my van with my husband, Rich. From there, my journey took me to other remote locations where I was able to learn and understand some of nature’s unknown powers. I eventually got my calling to return to Nanaimo to try and settle the jumbled energy of today’s school kids.
